Manage your contact form leads

When a visitor sends your contact form, we save the lead, email it to your recipients and send a push notification to the InstantWebsite.com app.

Open your leads#

1. 1Open My Sites.
2. 2Press Submissions on your site. A number shows how many leads are unread.
3. 3Pick a lead on the left to read the full message and contact details.
4. 4Use Copy to grab a phone number or email, and add Notes if you like.

Keep your inbox tidy#

The Inbox shows leads that are not tagged, archived or trashed. Tag or archive a lead to move it out of the inbox.

• Tag: file a lead under a tag, like Quote sent or Booked. Press Tags to add, rename or delete tags. Deleting a tag sends its leads back to the inbox.
• Archive: keeps the lead, out of your way. Press "Move to inbox" to bring it back.
• Trash: press Restore to bring a lead back from the Trash.
• Mark as read or Mark as unread to track what you have handled.

Trash and deleting for good#

Items in the Trash are removed for good after 30 days. To remove one sooner, open Trash and press "Delete forever". This cannot be undone.

Export your leads#

Press Export to download your leads as an Excel file.

Check the email notification#

Each lead shows whether its email was sent. If it says "Email failed", the lead is still saved here. Check your recipients in Choose who gets contact form emails.
