Cancel your hosting plan
Open Account, press Manage billing and cancel on the secure Stripe billing page. Your site stays live until the end of the period you paid for.

There are no contracts. You can cancel anytime.
Cancel your plan
- 1Sign in and open Account.
- 2Under Subscriptions, press Manage billing.
- 3On the Stripe billing page, pick the subscription and cancel it.
- 4Back in Account, the plan shows Canceling and the date it ends.
What happens after you cancel
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your site stays live on your domain until then.
Domains you bought from us
A domain has its own subscription. To stop it renewing, use Release Domain in the More actions menu on your site in My Sites. See Change or disconnect your domain.
Deleting a site instead
Deleting a site in My Sites also cancels all of its subscriptions.
Questions
Will my site go down right away?
No. It stays live until the end of the period you paid for.
Where do I see when my plan ends?
In Account, under Subscriptions. A canceling plan shows Ends and the date.
