Get invoices and update your card
Open Account and press Manage billing. The secure Stripe billing page has your invoices and payment method. A plan marked Past due means the last payment did not go through.
All payments run through Stripe. You manage them on Stripe's secure billing page.
Open your billing page
- 1Sign in and open Account.
- 2Under Subscriptions, press Manage billing.
- 3On the Stripe page, download your invoices or update your card.
- 4When you are done, Stripe takes you back to your dashboard.
Receipts
After checkout, your receipt is sent to your email.
Fix a past due payment
If a plan shows Past due in Account, the last payment did not go through. Press Manage billing and update your card.
No billing account found
You see this if you have never paid for a plan. Your billing page is ready after your first checkout.
Questions
Where do I see my plans?
Account lists the hosting and domain subscriptions for the sites you own, with their status and renewal date.
Do collaborators pay?
No. The subscription stays with the owner's account. Collaborators do not need their own.
